LoomiBook SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program offered through LoomiBook, a booking platform operated by Harman Digital Consulting LLC, doing business as LoomiBook ("we," "us," "our"). LoomiBook is used by independent hair stylists and small salons (each, a "Stylist") to manage appointments with their customers (each, a "Client").
This page is publicly available so that anyone — including Clients and mobile carriers — can review how text messaging works on LoomiBook before opting in.
1. Program description
When you provide your mobile number in connection with a Stylist on LoomiBook, you may receive SMS text messages relating to your appointments, including:
- Booking confirmations when an appointment is created
- Reminders ahead of an upcoming appointment
- Reschedule and cancellation notices when an appointment changes
- Follow-up and rebooking messages inviting you to book your next visit
These are transactional, appointment-related messages tied to your relationship with the Stylist you contacted or booked with.
2. How you opt in
There are two ways a Client opts in to receive messages, and both require your consent:

You text the Stylist first. When you send a text message to a Stylist's LoomiBook booking number, your message is your opt-in. The first reply you receive identifies the business and includes the disclosures in §4.

You give your number to the Stylist. When you provide your mobile number to a Stylist to book or manage an appointment, the Stylist records your express consent to be texted about that appointment. The first message you receive is a welcome message that identifies the business and includes the disclosures in §4.
We do not add Clients to text messaging by any means other than the two paths above. We do not purchase, rent, or message phone numbers obtained from third parties.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment activity (for example, how often you book, reschedule, or are due for a follow-up).
4. Rates, STOP, and HELP
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@loomibook.com.
Supported carriers may vary, and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Your privacy
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information (including phone numbers, opt-in status, consent records, and message content) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent data are shared only with the operating Stylist (your appointed service provider) and with the subprocessors necessary to deliver the messaging service.
